Our Mission

Our overriding mandate is to serve the Pakistani community of Queensland, Australia. In recent years, the Pakistani community has increased exponentially andย now includes substantial representation from all corners of the country. PACA (Pakistan Australian Cultural Association) has been the โ€˜oneโ€™ organization facing the challenges of an expanding and dynamic community and we continue to evolve and change to address the needs of this growing population. We continue to serve our community with a group of selfless and tireless volunteers and continue to educate the mainstream community about Pakistan and Islam. We work with other government organisations, professional forums and cultural associations to maximise the benefits of our community. We practise diversity & inclusiveness and have representatives from all walks of the community including sub committees for Women and Youth. Our intention is to set up a strong governance structure that drives accountability and transparency, providing equal opportunities for community members to be a part of PACA.
